Walgreens at 27975 Bradley Road, Sun City, Menifee, California.

My husband and I have been dealing with Walgreens for well over 10 years and have never experienced one half as bad as this one. This is the 10th time I am not able to pick up my prescription because of the staff not doing their job and letting me know I need a prior authorization when dropping off my medication. Not only is the staff extremely rude they don't help you with anything you need. I don't even care the lines take 30 mins + cause I know it's a busy store but DO YOUR JOB! Guess I have to switch stores and call corporate something has to be done with this staff.. Yuck not even sure how you're still running a legit pharmacy!
