Pharmacy has terrible staff, Humberto was the gentleman who helped us (2/11/17). Dropped off two prescriptions to be filled and was told it would be 20 minutes. Great! No problem.

My mother returned about 20-30 minutes later to pick up my prescription and was given just one of the two that needed to be filled WITHOUT being told that they did not have the second medication.

She then had to return to the Rite Aid for a THIRD TIME and was told that they did not fill the second prescription because they didn't have it in stock and we could either wait two days or go to another Rite Aid which may or may not have it but he made NO effort to try to see where it was located in our area saying he had been calling the other store but they "Weren't answering". Though if we wanted to buy a different brand of medication we could pay $250 dollars out of pocket .... Um no, that's why I have insurance ...

Requested to obtain the prescription so we could get the second medication filled at Walgreens and we're told because he filled half of the prescription already that it wouldn't be possible. So now four trips to two different pharmacies we finally ended up at Walgreens who said it would be no problem and that the medication was in stock.

Please save yourself the time and hassle of horrible customer service and a terribly run pharmacy and GO TO WALGREENS.
